1. Go to CafeMom www.cafemom.com/
2. Click on Join Now
3. Fill out the form
4. Optional: Tell everyone why you're here, and CafeMom members -- email your friends and introduce them to your profile and CafeMom
5. Before joining groups go to Settings
6. Click on Your Basics
7. Fill out the information such as What should other moms know about you?
8. Click on Save
